My strengths come from my Latin roots and were noticed by NET during my time on the Nebraska Department of Labor (NDOL) Spanish line group. I was able to not only assist Spanish NDOL callers but also carry my talents and skills over to the English line group and show that being bi-lingual contributes to an all-inclusive culture within NET. I was at the right spot at the right time to get promoted within my first two months to Team Lead for both NDOL line groups. My experience with NET has been very positive, as we are a tight family and everyone’s opinion counts! Happy to be part of a very diverse company that cares not only about their community but our employees.
